Welcome to our cozy, yellow train caboose in downtown Belton! We are a proud women-owned and LGBT-owned small business dedicated to serving our community with a diverse range of delicious treats. At our heart, inclusivity drives everything we do—whether it's our menu items or the warm, welcoming atmosphere we strive to create. We’re here to offer a sweet experience for everyone!

Belton faced a major challenge in 1881 when, after raising $75,000 to meet the demands of Santa Fe railroad representatives, the city was tricked out of getting a railroad. The railroad company instead built a new town, which they named Temple. Belton sued the company, and after many years, the Supreme Court eventually ruled in Belton's favor. In the meantime, Belton made a deal with the M.K. & T. railroad, and by 1882, the Katy railroad's depot was constructed just a block from the courthouse. That depot has since been newly renovated for commercial use, and now the caboose on the street is our cookie shop, which was once located on West Adams.
