Late Pickup Policy

At Warm Cookie Belton, we strive to provide freshly baked treats for your enjoyment. To ensure the best experience for all our customers, we have implemented the following late pickup policy:

• A late fee will be applied if your order is not picked up within the scheduled time.
• $5 late fee will be charged after 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
• An additional $5 will be added for every subsequent 30 minutes.
• If your order is not picked up within 1 hour of the scheduled time, a $10 late fee will apply.
• Late fees must be paid in full at the time of pickup.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as accidents or bad traffic may occur. To waive the late fee, please communicate any delays to us promptly.
